Expert tip: Which adhesive tape for which application?

We are often asked which adhesive tape we use for which application.

We have put together a brief overview of the different applications for you here:

Interior work

Standard interior painting work:

Adhesive tape: Storch MaskUp Sunny light

Foils to protect windows, doors and at the wall/floor connection. We mask everything with the GOLDEN in the connection area beforehand and stick the film tape onto this:
Adhesive film tapes in various widths from Storch

Floor surfaces: Masking fleece

Masking work on particularly sensitive surfaces such as wallpaper:
The LILA adhesive tape from Storch - this adhesive tape has a reduced adhesive strength and is therefore suitable for particularly sensitive surfaces

For the production of colourful set-off work on the surface:

The RED adhesive tape from Storch for rough surfaces or the LILA adhesive tape from Storch for smooth surfaces

Painting work:

Adhesive tape: The RED adhesive tape from Storch 

Films to protect windows, doors and at the wall/floor junction. We mask everything with the RED tape in the connection area beforehand and stick the film tape onto it:

Foils: self-adhesive blue foil from Brillux

Roof box:

Once at the connection with the adhesive tape: Kip 319-55

Then once with the 55 film adhesive tape.


For masking natural stone plinths, concrete and asphalt:

We use the particularly good adhesive stone tape from Storch for this:
