Can I paint on old latex paints?

Which paints adhere to old glossy latex paints or to old wallpaper painted with latex paints?

With the mineral silicate paints from Le Corbusier, we would advise against painting directly onto latex paints.

If you want to retain a slightly glossy look like a latex paint, we recommend Farrow & Ball Modern Emulsion.
This has the same gloss level as a semi-gloss latex paint.
