Returns from Switzerland – Important Information

Our customers from Switzerland can of course return goods. To ensure that the return process works smoothly and is not rejected by customs, please observe the following points:

1. Use the return form

Please make sure to enclose our return form with the parcel. It contains all the necessary information for processing and for customs clearance.

2. Customs formalities

  • Returns from Switzerland are considered an export and re-import of goods.

  • Declare the shipment clearly as returned goods (e.g. by writing “Return shipment, no commercial value” on the customs declaration).

  • Please enclose a copy of the original invoice, so customs can clearly identify the goods.

3. Shipping service provider

  • We recommend returning the parcel via Swiss Post or another reliable parcel service.

  • Ensure that the shipment is trackable (tracking number).

4. Costs and responsibility

  • The return shipping costs from Switzerland are to be borne by the customer.

  • Responsibility for the return lies with you until the goods have reached us – please keep the proof of posting.

5. Processing at MEINEWAND

As soon as we have received and checked the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with our return policy.
